HealthImpact programmes

Beyond the dashboard —
two sister programmes that take care of your people.

Command Centre is the lens. ExecCare and Phila are the hands-on health services that sit behind it — comprehensive executive medicals for your leadership, and a confidential Employee Assistance Programme for everyone else.

ExecCare

Executive health, done properly.

ExecCare is HealthImpact's executive health programme — comprehensive executive medicals that give your leadership team a clear, confidential picture of their cardiovascular, metabolic and lifestyle risk, with the clinical follow-through to act on what we find.

  • Comprehensive medicals — detailed clinical workup designed around executive risk profiles.
  • Clinical follow-through — specialist referral loop + outcome tracking, not just a one-off report.
  • Privacy you can trust — individual results stay with the executive and their clinician; Command Centre only ever surfaces aggregate programme coverage.

Phila Support Services

A confidential helpline for your workforce.

Phila is HealthImpact's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Employees and their immediate family members can reach Phila by phone, WhatsApp or email — every case is managed with the utmost confidentiality, discretion and empathy.

  • Psychological support — individual counselling for stress, anxiety, depression, grief, substance use.
  • Group trauma counselling — on-site response after a critical incident at work.

Your workforce preview

Secure, compliant and built for enterprise.

Workforce health data is Special Personal Information under POPIA and GDPR. Command Centre is engineered around that from the first request to the last stored record.

🛡
Edge protection — Web Application Firewall
Every request terminates at an Azure Front Door Premium WAF running the OWASP Core Rule Set 3.2 plus Microsoft-managed bot and anomaly rules. Rate limiting, geo-fencing and IP reputation are tunable per tenant. TLS 1.3 end-to-end; HSTS pre-loaded; certificates auto-rotated.
🔑
Identity — Microsoft Entra ID + MFA
Every sign-in flows through Microsoft Entra ID with mandatory MFA, conditional access and session controls. Client users are provisioned as Entra B2B guests — no shadow passwords, no shared mailboxes. HealthImpact admins can revoke access in one click; a terminated user is locked out everywhere, instantly.
👥
Authorisation — per-client, per-site scoping
Role-based access with site-level granularity: a user assigned to Site A simply cannot see Site B's data — the scope is enforced at the API, not just the UI. Multi-company users (procurement groups, portfolio managers) get an explicit "all clients" permission that only HealthImpact can grant.
🧬
Privacy by design — k-anonymity, no PII on screen
Every aggregate view suppresses cells of fewer than 5 people, so a small site can't leak a single worker's condition. Patient names, dates of birth, clinical values and medication strings never cross the API boundary. Thuso surfaces only counts and percentages — never identifiers.
🗄
Data layer — private network, managed identity, encrypted at rest
Azure SQL Managed Instance sits in a private virtual network with no public endpoint. The application reaches it through a Managed Identity — there are no connection strings, no stored passwords, nothing to leak. TLS 1.2+ in transit, TDE at rest, backups retained in-region.
📋
Audit + POPIA §16 data-subject access
Every Thuso conversation, admin action and privileged read is written to a durable audit log keyed by signed-in user. Data-subject access requests under POPIA §16 or GDPR Art. 15 can be answered from the audit trail without pulling live production data. Retention policies are tenant-configurable.
🔄
Supply chain + change control
Deploys land through OIDC-authenticated GitHub Actions (no long-lived cloud credentials). Dependencies are scanned on every push; minor-version drift is pinned. Staging-first with slot-swap promotions means every change gets a smoke-test in a production-identical environment before it reaches a client.
POPIA-aligned GDPR-aligned ISO 27001 practices Hosted in South Africa (Azure SA North) Encrypted end-to-end

Top reasons for follow-up — this month

No follow-ups recorded this month.
A single medical can have multiple follow-up reasons flagged at the same time (e.g. repeat audio + repeat vision).

Top referral reasons — this month

No referrals issued this month.
Referrals issued from this month's medicals, grouped by destination type.

Physical examination completeness — last 12 months —

QA view: what percentage of medicals actually captured each structured vital. No individual values shown — this is a process-quality signal, not clinical data. Green ≥ 80% · amber 40–80% · red < 40%.

No medicals captured in this scope yet.

Restrictions issued — last 12 months —

Every fitness certificate with restrictions is logged against the canonical RestrictionTypes catalogue. Shows the workplace hazards your workforce has been medically restricted from.

No restrictions issued in this scope.
MTD count shown as a pill next to each bar in the tooltip. Click a bar to filter the sites table below.

Return-to-work after temporarily unfit — current year —

Per worker: we take their latest OHS assessment this year and compare to the one immediately before. If the previous was Temporarily Unfit, the worker joins the cohort. Latest = Fit → returned fit. Latest = TU → still off / recurring. Latest = Permanently Unfit → escalated. One row per worker; serial TU workers don't double-count. A leaking rehab or case-management pipeline shows up here before it shows up anywhere else.

No workers with a previous Temporarily Unfit outcome this year.

Return-to-work by site — lowest RTW rate first —

Sites ranked worst-to-best by % of workers whose previous assessment was Temporarily Unfit and whose latest is now Fit. Each case is attributed to the site where the TU was signed off. Fewer than 5 workers at a site is suppressed.

Site Province Workers RTW rate Mean days to return
No sites meet the disclosure threshold yet.

Hearing conservation — 3-year trend —

Mean PLH (Percentage Loss of Hearing) and STS (Standard Threshold Shift) rate per year, measured against each worker's own Entry baseline as the SA DMR / NIHL programme requires. Workers who don't have a documented Entry audiogram on file are excluded — Periodics without a baseline aren't valid NIHL data points. STS is a flag: any shift ≥ 10 dB at the hearing-critical frequencies. DMPR-notifiable cases are counted separately below.

No audiometry activity for this scope.

Audiometry — sites with the highest STS rate —

Sites ranked by percentage of audiograms this year that flagged a Standard Threshold Shift. Sites with fewer than 5 assessments are suppressed. High STS at a site = your hearing-conservation programme needs attention there.

Site Province Audiograms Mean PLH STS rate
No sites meet the disclosure threshold yet.

Lung function — 3-year trend —

Mean FEV1 % predicted and abnormal rate (anything the nurse signed as Obstructive, Restrictive or Mixed) across all spirometry done in the window. A falling mean or rising abnormal rate at a site is the dust/chemical-exposure signal.

No spirometry activity for this scope.

Spirometry — sites with the highest abnormal rate —

Sites ranked by percentage of spirometry results classified as Obstructive, Restrictive or Mixed over the last 12 months. Sites with fewer than 5 assessments are suppressed. A persistently high rate at a specific site points to a ventilation / PPE / exposure review.

Site Province Spirometry tests Mean FEV1 % Abnormal Obstructive

New vs returning patients — this month, day by day

No PHC visits at your sites yet this month.
A patient counts as new on the day of their first ever PHC visit at your sites, and returning on every subsequent visit day.

Visits per patient — last 12 months

No PHC visits in the last 12 months.
How many times each patient came in across the last 12 months. 1 visit = single consultation; 2+ = returning patient.

Top sites by visit volume

Site Province Visits

Top body-system findings — last 12 months —

What nurses actually observed during examination (from the structured findings form). Complements the complaint/diagnosis charts, which show what the patient reported.

No structured findings recorded in this scope.

Musculoskeletal mobility — % abnormal —

Per body region, share of workers with abnormal mobility on either side. Green <5% · amber 5–10% · red ≥10%. Golden signal for physical fitness-for-work.

No mobility assessments recorded.

Musculoskeletal burden by site & body region —

Each cell is the % of workers at that site with an abnormal mobility finding in that body region, last 12 months. Reads red at ≥10% (ergonomics / rotation audit flag), amber at 5–10%, green below 5%. Blank cells = fewer than 5 assessments. A column lighting up across many sites is a client-wide workplace signal; a row (single site) lighting up across many regions is a site-specific one.

No mobility assessments at the site × region grain yet.

Urinalysis abnormalities — last 12 months —

Point-of-care dipstick results. Rates only — never individual results. Leukocytes + Nitrites = UTI signal · Glucose = diabetes risk · Protein = kidney signal.

No dipstick captures in this scope.

Chronic care register —

Workforce members on active chronic medication, grouped by therapy class. Aggregate counts only; medication names never leave the server (POPIA §26).

No chronic-care records at your sites.

The IOD module is being built on top of the CTP incident data. When it lands you'll see:

  • IODs this month and the 12-month trend across every site.
  • Severity distribution — minor, lost-time, reportable, fatal.
  • Return-to-work tracking and the median days from incident to RTW.
  • Site-by-site hotspots, including incidents per 1,000 engaged workers.
  • Compliance view — WCL submissions outstanding, Section 24 reports pending.

Sick leave management

⌁

Coming soon

Sick leave sits in HR / rostering systems (Workforce.com, Sage, SAP) today. We're building the ingest layer so this view can show:

  • Days lost this month + cost impact estimate across your workforce.
  • Absenteeism rate — Bradford Factor by site and by business unit.
  • Reason breakdown correlated with PHC consultations the same week.
  • Repeat offenders flagged for occupational-health follow-up.
  • Chronic condition overlay — days lost by workers on the chronic register.

Phila Support Services — confidential help for your people

Phila is HealthImpact's Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). Employees and their immediate family members can reach Phila by phone, WhatsApp or email for psychological support, group trauma counselling and musculoskeletal support. Every case is managed with the utmost confidentiality, discretion and empathy — this view therefore shows aggregate utilisation only; no names, no case detail, nothing that could identify an individual.

  • Cases opened this month — total engagements with the EAP across your workforce.
  • Service mix — split across psychological support, group trauma counselling, musculoskeletal support.
  • Channel usage — share of cases coming in by phone, WhatsApp and email.
  • Utilisation trend — month-on-month engagement rate against your eligible population.
  • Response + resolution timing — median time-to-first-contact and median case duration.
  • Family-member access — share of cases from immediate family (available because the programme is open to them).
🔒 What Phila never surfaces here: names, contact details, session content, clinical notes or anything case-specific. Cells under 5 people are suppressed; counsellor records stay with the Phila clinical team.
